We took on the role of Chief Operations Officer and worked along side the team to co-found the company and establish a UK/EU footprint for the brand.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Working with the engineering team within Forbidden Bike Co. we helped carry the product through development and into a finished product ready to ship directly to the customer.
SUPPLY CHAIN
Working with a number of vendors in across Asia, we wanted to take a more hands on approach to product quality and cost. We helped set up a stable supply chain from raw material through to assembled frames and went on to develop retail partners around the globe to represent the brand outside of our native Canada and UK.
GO-TO-MARKET
Ahead of the launch date, we coordinated with the UK and EU media to establish pre launch product reviews and first ride tests ensuring initial demand and product awareness in line with the official go-live date.
